Privacy notice · 24 September 2026
What this pottery puzzle keeps — and what it never asks for.
Ceramic Resonator is a single-player vibration puzzle about matching terracotta profiles. This notice explains the data practice for that game on Apple devices. It is written for players and families, in everyday language.
The product
This notice covers Ceramic Resonator, the casual pottery puzzle in which you tap bronze tabs so resonance can shape a clay surface. It applies to the game as offered on the App Store for iPhone and iPad. It does not describe other apps, websites, or storefronts.
Nothing sent to us
Gameplay does not depend on handing over a name, email address, phone number, contact list, photos, precise location, or health information. The published privacy label for the title is “Data Not Collected.” In line with that label, the game is not built to gather identifiers for advertising, to assemble a player dossier, or to send your puzzle solutions to a studio server.
There is no in-game social feed, friend graph, or chat. Matching an ancient profile is a conversation between you and the clay on the screen.
Workshop memory
Finishing a level, earning stars, and remembering which of the twenty profiles you have opened are ordinary parts of play. That record is kept locally so the workshop can resume where you left it. Removing the app from your device removes that local record with it.
If you use iCloud Backup, device transfer, or another Apple backup, copies of app data may travel under Apple’s backup tools and your own settings. Those copies are handled by Apple, not by a separate Ceramic Resonator account system.
Why there is no tracking purpose
Because the game does not collect player data, it does not use that data for analytics dashboards, ad targeting, sale to data brokers, or cross-app profiles. Resonance patterns, tab sequences, and star totals are there to let you solve the puzzle — they are not a marketing audience.
Apple’s role
Downloading Ceramic Resonator, receiving updates, and any App Store transaction run through Apple. Apple may process the technical details required to deliver the app, honor your purchase history, and apply the privacy controls you set on the device. Optional diagnostics you enable in iOS or iPadOS are governed by Apple’s settings and Apple’s privacy policy.
You can review or change those controls under Settings, including:
- Privacy & Security, for permissions and diagnostics sharing.
- App Store settings, for downloads and purchase approval.
- Screen Time, if you want limits on play.
Families
The App Store age rating for Ceramic Resonator is 4+. The puzzle has no account creation and no social features that ask a child to publish a name. Guardians decide whether to install the game and can use Family Sharing and Ask to Buy where those tools are available.
If you believe a child has sent personal information to the publisher in some channel outside the game, use the contact path on the App Store product page so the request can be reviewed.
Sharing
The game does not sell personal information and does not pass puzzle activity to advertising or analytics networks, because it does not collect that activity in the first place. Apple remains the platform that distributes the app. No additional processors are engaged by this title to receive player profiles.
Retention
There is no publisher-side archive of your levels, stars, or device identity associated with this privacy label. Local progress lasts until you delete it, reset the app, or delete the app. Platform backups follow the retention rules of the backup service you chose.
Across borders
The developer does not transfer player personal data internationally for this game, because the game does not collect it. Anything Apple processes as part of the App Store or iCloud follows Apple’s own international practices and your account region.
Your requests
Depending on where you live, privacy law may offer access, correction, deletion, or objection rights over personal data a company actually holds. For Ceramic Resonator, the published position is that no such player data is collected. If you still want to ask a question or raise a concern, contact the publisher through the support options shown on the App Store listing. Please do not include sensitive documents you do not need to share.
This page is a product notice. It is not a substitute for legal advice about your local law.
If the kiln changes
A future version could add a feature that needs new information — for example an optional online extra. If that happens, this notice will be replaced with a dated update before the new practice applies, and the App Store privacy label will be brought in line with it. Until then, the practice described here remains: play on device, with no data collected by the game.
The date at the top of this page is the date of this wording.
